"De Leuf is a really appealing family business run by hostess Sandra van de Bunt, her daughter Michelle and son Robin, who is in charge in the kitchen. He is a creative chef inspired by his travels around Asia and the classic finesse imparted by his late father, Paul. As soon as you enter, the chefs at the counter where diners are seated prepare some appetisers for you. Local produce and Asian flavours elevate each other. This cuisine is technically accomplished, sophisticated and inspired. This half-timbered farmhouse (1769) is a paragon of contemporary class and character."
